1. User Researcher

As a User Researcher, you’ll lead efforts to help us understand who our users are and how well our products serve their needs. You’ll make product recommendations based on your research, and quickly see the results of your efforts in our fast-paced, iterative environment. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that everyone knows what our users experience.

2. Lead Designer, Marketing & Communications

Would you like your work to be seen by millions of people worldwide? Do you have a passion for creating concepts and designs that evoke emotion and drive action? Do you have the desire to contribute new ideas and the passion to execute them?

As a Lead Designer for the Marketing & Communications team, you’ll develop and execute new concepts for advertising on highly visible placements such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, and more. You’ll work with a top direct response marketing team and UI team to build landing pages that drive adoption of products and elevate the brand across the globe. You’ll also be able to watch the results of your designs and respond to them with changes in our fast, iterative environment.

3. Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern will assist the Chief Marketing Officer in identifying new opportunities and evaluating existing opportunities for distribution and product growth. The Marketing Intern will analyze, compute and make suggestions based on data and trends. He/she will interface with marketing, product, and technical groups to develop, implement, research and generally support marketing strategies and programs. The Marketing Intern will utilize his/her knowledge of fiscal, technical and business modeling.

4. Customer Experience Manager – Personalized Services is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to lead its Personalized Services Team. This individual will play a key role in the creation, management, and monetization of a program meant to provide customers with personalized assistance and tools which will greatly enhance their online dating experience. This role requires an entrepreneurial aptitude, an enthusiastic and engaging attitude, and solid competency in areas of management, analytics, customer experience, and sales.
